厦门机场路某标段深基坑开挖对建筑物的开裂影响研究

摘要:以现场监测数据为分析依据,结合理论分析、数值分析方法,对厦门机场路某标段隧道深基坑开挖对建筑物的开裂机制、地层开裂变形控制、房屋变形控制进行详细的分析;并提出合理化的修复、地基处理加固方案;在施工处理方案进行的同时,研究房屋长期稳定性的评估结论,为后续暗挖隧道穿越95幢建筑物的工后恢复工作提供参考.

Study on the Impact of the building cracking as the deep foundation pit excavated in the Airport Road of Xiamen

Abstract:Based on monitoring data analysis.A detailed analysis is done on the excavation of deep foundation pit impacts on mechanism of the building cracking, deformation control of the cracks and building's deformation control by the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical analysis method in the Airport Road of Xiamen.Some appropriate restoration and strengthening foundation schemes are put forward.The assessment conclusions of the building long-term stability are studied when the scheme is under proceeding.It offers references for the restoration work of building after the follow-up mining tunnel passed from bottom of the 95 buildings.
