PLC技术在双梁桥式抓斗天车上的应用

摘要:通过对双梁桥式抓斗天车电气控制原理的介绍,并针对其在使用过程中出现的故障率高,维护困难等问题,提出利用可编程控制器代替原有接触器继电器控制的想法,绘制出相应的PLC梯形图,并介绍了具体的改造方案和实际完成过程.通过对现有传统天车的改造以及在生产过程中的试运行,达到了预期效果.为冶金企业中的同类设备的大修、改造以及电气系统完善升级开辟了一条新途径、新方法.因其线路简单,设备的运转率高,值得推广交流.

Application of PLC technology on double-beam claw-bucket overhead traveling crane

Abstract:Problems such as high fault rate and difficult maintenance exist in the traditional double-beam claw-bucket overhead traveling crane.For it, firstly, control principle of the overhead traveling crane is presented, an alteration concept of replacing contactor and relay with PLC is provided, and also the trapezoidal diagram of PLC is drawn.According to the alteration concept, the control system of a traditional overhead traveling crane has been reconstructed and works well in production that demonstrates the mentioned concept is feasible.It will be a unique and useful approach in equipment maintenance, alteration and improvement of electrical system.Also, it is worthwhile to spread owing to the simplicity of connection circuit lines and high operating efficiency.
