轮胎成型机控制系统的设计

摘要:轮胎成型机是关系到轮胎产品质量的关键工艺装备,其控制系统性能的优劣直接影响到轮胎的质量和产量.作者在充分了解轮胎成型生产工艺过程和控制特点的基础上,采用数字直流调速、PLC程序设计、过程控制、计算机控制等原理和技术,设计完成了新型轮胎成型机控制系统.实践证明,系统性能稳定,可靠性强,生产效率高,完全能满足轮胎成型生产的工艺要求.

Design of the Tire Building Machine Control System

Abstract:Tire building machine is the key technological equipment to tire quality, and the capability of its control system directly affects the quality and output of tire.By the fully understanding of tire technological process and control character, the author designs a new type control system of tire building machine with digit direct current speed regulating, PLC programming, process control and computer control.Practice proves that this system possesses stable capability, high reliability and production efficiency.The system entirely reaches the demand of building technology of tire.
