掏槽法防治煤与瓦斯突出的研究与应用

摘要:打排放钻孔是防突工作面经常使用的防突措施,但在一些比较危险的区段,尤其是当煤层较软时,排放钻孔的施工极为困难,从而大大影响了防突工作面的进尺.使用掏槽方法防治煤与瓦斯突出,即先在煤壁上爆出一个较深的缝隙,增加瓦斯释放,之后再采用小循环进尺,同时也可利用煤体自身的阻力防治突出.掏槽方法使用期间,可通过对掏槽的高度、炮眼的深度及装药量的多少等因素的调整,来达到有控制地释放瓦斯的目的.与排放钻孔相比,使用掏槽法防突具有省时、省力、容易操作以及安全性好等特点.

Research and Application of Cutting Method in Preventing and Controlling Coal and Gas Outburst Prominent

Abstract:Drill emission hole is measure to against and use often in the work of coal and gas outburst preventing, but in some dangerous sector, particularly when the coal bed is soft, the drill emission hole is extremely difficult and greatly affects the progress of coal and gas outburst preventing.The use of cutting method preventing and controlling coal and gas outburst prominent, first collapses a deep slit on the coal wall to increase gas release, then uses the minor cycle to enter the ruler, simultaneously also may use coal body resistance to prevent and control the prominent.In the period of cutting method using, may achieve to control gas emission by adjusting the factors of cutting height, and depth and charge of artillery eye.Compares with drill emission hole, the use of cutting method to against coal and gas outburst prominent have characteristics of security, time and labour-saving, and easy to operate.
