摘要:通过分电流曲线发现了锌锰异常共沉积,从合金电沉积电极和溶液界面各因素的变化对合金电沉积的影响出发,通过考察电极表面、溶液双电层OHP面上状态的变化,放电离子和非放电离子在OHP面上的相互影响及电极费米能量和溶液标准氧化还原电势的关系,推导出产生金属欠电势沉积和异常共沉积的热力学条件,并解释了锌锰异常共沉积.

Thermodynamic Analysis of the Anomalous Co- deposition of Zn and Mn
Abstract:The anomalous co-deposition of Zn and Mn is observed by partial current curve.through observe the change of electrode surface and OHP face on solution double electric layer, interference between discharge ion and ion on the OHP, in relation of electrode Fermi energy and liquor standard ORP, the thermodynamic conditions of anomalous co- deposition and under- potential deposition of metal are obtained.
