新一代GPS标准与计量体系的现状与发展方向的思考

摘要:新一代GPS以计量数学为基础语言结构,通过不确定度的传递关系把标准和计量联系起来,将产品功能、规范与认证(检验)集成一体,为产品设计、制造及计量测试人员提供了一个由共同技术语言建立起来的信息交流平台.作者研究新体系的建立与发展、总体结构,并依据GPS特点和内容,结合我国GPS标准概况,提出我国GPS标准体系研究、应用的发展方向和趋势.

Present state and development perspectives on new generation of standard and metrology system of GPS

Abstract:The new generation standard system of GPS derived from the first generation standard of GPS language is a set of rounded systems of standard and metrology about product geometrical features, and covers workpiece dimensions, form and position, surface topography and so on. The new GPS, which regards metrology mathematics as the essential language structure, relates standards to metrology by the transitive relations of uncertainty, and integrates product functions, specification and inspection (verification) . The new GPS is designed as the means of communication founded by the same technology language in which designers, production engineers and metrologists exchange information concerning the functional requirements of products. The establishment and development, overall structure of the new GPS system are discussed, and then according to the characters and contents of GPS and the situation of Chinas GPS standard, the tendency in development of research and application of GPS system is proposed in the paper.
