新型泵送钢管混凝土的设计与施工

摘要:介绍了新型泵送钢管混凝土的研究技术路线 ,利用高效减水保塑剂、粉煤灰、膨胀剂等原材料 ,设计了一种新型泵送钢管混凝土配合比 ,成功地应用于武汉市江汉三桥、湖北省姊归龙潭河等钢管混凝土大桥 ,并提出了具体的施工要求 .现场施工情况表明 ,该混凝土具有可泵性好、低坍落度损失、高强、早强、自密实及补偿收缩等性能

Design and construction of new-style pumping concrete filled steel tube

Abstract:The technological route of pumping concrete filled steel tube has been explained, a newstyle pumping concrete filled steel tube is designed by adding superplasticize, fly ash, expansion agent, and its application yo the 3rd Jianghan Bridge, Wuhan and Longtan River Bridge, Zigui of Hubei Province has been introduced. The construction requirement is also stated. Worksite construction proved that the concrete had some good properties such as excellent pumping, low slump loss, very high strength at the later stage and the early stage, selfcompacting and compensating shrinkage.
