生态系统痕迹化石——古土壤的研究意义

摘要:在国内首次将古土壤作为生态系统痕迹化石进行研究 ,旨在探索不同陆地生态系统留下的痕迹化石特性 .根据古土壤的特性 ,计算成壤期其时其地的古代雨量和古代气温 ,并根据土壤成熟度来推算成壤期所持续的年限 ,从而说明了古土壤作为生态系统痕迹化石重要的环境学和年代地层学意义

The significance of ecological system trace fossils--Palaeosol

Abstract:Palaeosols as ecological system trace fossils has been dealt with for the first time so as to study the traces recorded by continental ecological system . These traces are in fact different types of palaeosol. The ancient rainfall and temperature recorded by the features of palaeosol during soilforming period are also treated.The soil maturity as an indicator for calculating sustained duration of soilforming period is mentioned.It has stressed that the study of ecological system trace fossils is important in terms of environmentology and chronology.
