Abstract：Beginning with the analysis of the feasibility of literary criticism from the perspective of corpus linguistics, this paper first briefly reviews the current research in China and its approaches.Then it analyzes the necessity of and the mature conditions for the fusion of study of corpus linguistics and literary criticism.And at last, based on the analyses before, this paper also points out the remaining deficiency in present research and prospects for the combinative study of corpus linguistics and literary criticism.
