Abstract：Ye Zhaoyan's early works fall into the category of vanguard novels for his consistent pursuit of idealism deconstruction and intervention of zero emotion.Having abandoned the macro-narration and search of historical truth in novel writing, Ye narrates the story in a messy, broken, ironic, weird and flat-dimension way, and his novels have the function of self-reference instead of revealing the social significance.Ye Zhaoyan's exploration in way of narration and language use provides a new approach to novel writing.Employing different ways of narration, Ye integrates the essence of western modern arts into our native writing practice, and thus his novels show readers a brand new fiction world.
