Abstract：Wushu is one of the important parts of Chinese culture in the Central Plain.Promoting its cultural spirit of the Central Plain is the key to the development of Wushu.This paper analyzes its develop-ing characteristic and strategy in the circumstance of cultural globalization in the 21st century, and points out the most important task is to serve for the development of cultural and harmonious Henan province in the process of Wushu developemnt.
