德国教学理念在我国高校“落地”实践研究

摘要:德国的教学理念对于我国高等教育教学方法的创新有重要借鉴意义,它有利于提升学生的表达能力和团队合作能力,形成发现问题并解决问题的意识,培养独立工作的能力。学习德国的教学理念,提升我国高等教育教学质量,需要从4个方面入手:一是通过课堂引导,培养学生主动参与的意识,二是在教学中创造学生参与教学交流的机会,三是强调课堂的全员全程参与,四是力促学以致用。

Abstract:German teaching methodology provides an important reference to the teaching method's innovation of China's higher education.It is beneficial to enhancing students' abilities of expression and teamwork, cultivating students' awareness of discovering and solving problems, and developing students' independent working ability.We should start with the following aspects to learn German teaching method and enhance the teaching qualities of China's higher education.Firstly, encourage students to learn actively and effectively by teacher's guidance in classroom;secondly, provide opportunities for students' involvement in classroom teaching;thirdly, emphasize all students'participation in teaching activities;last but not least, teach to meet practical needs.
