基于员工敬业度评价的煤矿企业管理模式探讨

摘要:员工敬业度是反映人力资源管理绩效和员工忠诚度的重要指标,也是关系企业能否持续发展的核心因素。新庄煤矿结合本矿实际情况,建立了九维度的员工敬业度评价模型,制定了详细的评测方法。通过对员工进行敬业度测评,一方面全面掌握了本矿员工的工作态度、对本职岗位的敬业程度,为全矿进行绩效考核提供了依据;另一方面,通过对测评过程和结果公示,激发了各员工积极上进的热情,提高了员工的敬业程度。由于敬业度评价指标与安全生产有密切联系,员工敬业度的提高也提升了全矿井的安全管理水平,为矿井的安全生产提供了坚实的保障。

Abstract:Dedicated degree is an important factor that reflects the performance of the employees, and is also closely connected with the sustanible development of enterprises.Based on the conditions of Xinzhuang Coal Mine, the nine-dimension mode for the evaluation of dedicated degree was established and the detailed evaluating method was formulated.Through the evaluation of dedicated degree of all employees, the work attitude and the dedicated degree were acquired, the public evaluating process and result inspive the workers'passion, besides, their work effiency were increased because the evaluating result is closely connected with the safety production, meanwhile, these measures lead to the increase of the safety management level.
