赵固二矿采煤废水悬浮物地面净化处理技术研究

摘要:针对赵固二矿矿井涌水量大和采煤废水悬浮物高的特点,分析了矿井排水和地面采煤废水处理系统现状,在此基础上设计了矿井污水全自动净化处理设备并制造了样机,在赵固二矿进行了采煤废水净化处理现场工业性试验。结果表明,该设备能够将黑色浑浊的采煤废水直接过滤净化成无色透明的清水。清水中悬浮物含量满足我国《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》(GB20426—2006)。该设备占地面积小,自动化程度高,污水净化处理效果好,处理后的过滤水可以直接作为井下生产和地面工业用水。选用数台合理处理能力的设备并联运行,可以替代现有的地面矿井污水沉淀池,该设备在我国煤矿矿井污水净化处理中有着广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Because of the large mine inflow and suspended matters of mine drainage of Zhaogu No. 2 coal mine, the status of mine dewatering system and purification technology of mine drainage on the ground were studied. An automatically-processing equipment and test prototype for mine drainage were designed. The field industrial test on the purification process of mine drainage was performed in Zhaogu No.2 coal mine. The results showed that black muddy mine drainage could be purified into colorless and transparent water by the equipment. The contents of suspended matters of parified water met the requirement of the standard of the Pollutant Discharge in Coal Industry of China ( GB20426—2006) . The designed equipment has such features as small size, high automation and good wastewater treatment, it could replace the traditional mine drainage sedimentation tank. The purified water could be used directly for underground production and ground production.The purification treatment eqwipment has a wide application prospect in the mine drainage purification treatment of coal mines in China.
