Abstract：Jiaozuo urban dialect is different from the dialects in other areas of Jiaozuo and they cannot be classified in the same type. Using the method of acoustic experiment in experimental phonetics, this paper studies the value and type of monosyllable tone and the pitch pattern of bi-syllable tone, generalizing the variants of bi-syllable tone in Jiaozuo urban dialect.
