多因素作用下的旧拱桥主拱肋受力分析及加固研究

摘要:以服役近20 a的某下承式系杆拱桥的病害检测为基础,研究了冲击系数、损伤折减和活载超载等因素对主拱肋受力性能的影响,采用了拱脚增大截面和拱肋关键截面黏贴钢板的方法对主拱肋进行加固。结果表明:冲击系数、损伤折减和活载超载均对拱肋受力有较大影响,其最不利于拱肋截面的安全系数相对于原荷载设计工况分别下降了22%,54%和50%,且拱肋承载力不满足要求的截面增多。通过对主拱肋的加固,拱肋承载能力均能满足设计要求,可对类似服役期拱桥加固提供参考。

Abstract:The structural performance of arch bridge serviced 20 years was inspected and its risk was analyzed. The effects of multi-factors ( i. e. impact coefficient, capacity reduction by damages, and overloading of live loads) on the bridge performance was considered. The arch was strengthened by increasing section size of the footing and bonding steel plates at critical sections along the arch. The results show that impact coefficient, damage, and overloading significantly affected structural performance of the arch. Compared with the original design, the negative effects of safety indicator of the sections reduced by 22%, 54%, and 50% respectively.Meanwhile, more sections of the arch could meet with the requirement of structural capacity. Through the strengthening, the loading capacity of all sections met the design requirements. The study provided a reference for rehabilitation of arch bridges.
