基于超弱发光的水产品干燥分类检测系统设计

摘要:为实现干燥水产品的品质检测,提出一种基于超弱发光的水产品干燥分类检测方法。采用高精度光电倍增管R2083检测干制水产品的时域信息,构建由NI公司LabVIEW 2016虚拟仿真软件组成的超弱发光数据采集分析系统。测试结果表明,同一品种水产品采用不同的干燥方式后,超弱发光能力差异明显,这说明干制水产品的品质与其加工方式之间有良好的相关性。通过对不同干燥种类的水产品超弱发光特性进行测试,可以实现干制水产品品质的快速、无损检测,并能对水产品的干燥类型准确鉴别。

Abstract:In order to achieve the quality detection of the dried aquatic products, A classification detection method for dried aquatic products based on ultra weak luminescence was presented. The high precision photomultiplier tube R2083 was used to detect the time-domain information of the dried aquatic products. The ultra weak luminescence data acquisition and analysis system was constructed by the LabVIEW 2016 virtual simulation software of NI Corporation. The tests showed that the same variety of water products had obvious differences in the ability of ultra-weak luminescence under different drying methods. There was a good correlation between the quality of dried aquatic products and their processing methods. Through the detection of the ultra weak luminescence characteristics of different kinds of dry aquatic products, the rapid and nondestructive testing of the quality of dry water products and the accurate identification of the drying type of the aquatic products have been realized.
