幼儿遗落校车安全事故预警技术研究与系统设计

摘要:针对夏天幼儿被遗落在校车上,造成死亡的重大安全事故屡有发生问题,提出了对校车进行幼儿遗落检测、报警的预防方法。利用红外热电堆阵列传感器测量车内温度场,与车内环境温度进行比较,辅以薄膜开关判断是否有幼儿遗落;利用GSM技术将幼儿遗落校车及校车的GPS位置信息以短信的形式发送至指定的手机;收到幼儿遗落报警短信的手机启动幼儿遗落报警APP,发出声音、振动等多种形式的报警,并可打开电子地图显示校车的当前位置,为实施营救提供便利。经过测试,设计的报警系统幼儿遗落检测成功率达94% ,检测到幼儿遗落校车后发送报警短信、驱动APP报警和打开电子地图并定位的成功率达100%。该系统的幼儿遗落检测装置可以安装在幼儿校车上,报警APP可以安装在幼儿老师和家长的手机上,发生幼儿遗落事故时、在对幼儿造成伤害前主动发出报警信号,提升幼儿乘车的安全性。

Abstract:To deal with the problem that the death accidents of young child being left on school bus alone are occurred frequently in summer the preventive of young child detection accident alarm for school bus was proposed. The infrared thermopile array sensors were used to detect whether the young child was left on school bus or not by measuring every inner pixel temperature of school bus and comparing those temperatures with the inner ambient temperature of school bus. When the young child was left on school bus alone the controller would read the location information of school bus from the GPS modular and sent the short alarm message that contained the longitude and latitude of school bus to the designated phone by GSM modular. The alarm APP would be activated when the short alarm message was received and the phone would vibrate and play alarm music to warn the owner. The geographical position of school bus could be displayed in the electronic map of the phone which could provide the convenience for rescue. After testing the young child being left on school bus detection success rate was 94% and the rate of sending warning message driving the APP alarm and opening the electronic map and positioning were 100% after the child being detected correctly. The left young child detection device could be amounted in school bus and the alarm APP could be installed in the phone of young children5 parents and teachers which could send out alarm signal proactively when the young child was left on school bus alone and enhance the safety of children riding.
