摘要:电力电子设备系统出现故障时,漏电电流呈现非正弦特征,并会对漏电断路器的动作特性产生影响。本文通过对脉动直流剩余电流的特征进行分析,建立AC型剩余电流互感器数学模型,分析直流分量对剩余电流互感器输出的影响。采用MATLAB/Simulink建立剩余电流互感器动态仿真模型,对AC型漏电断路器的典型检测与保护电路进行分析,发现脉动直流剩余电流下互感器输出信号失真为其动作特性变化的主要原因。对AC型漏电断路器的漏电保护动作特性进行试验测试,结果表明,在脉动直流剩余电流下,断路器不能正确动作。

Abstract:The leakage current of power electronic equipment system presents non-sinusoidal characteristic as the faults appears and this has influence on the operation characteristics of the leakage breaker. The characteristics of pulsating DC residual current were analyzed and the mathematical model of AC residual current transformer was established to analyze the influences of DC component on the output of residual current transformer. The dynamic simulation model of residual current transformer was established in MATLAB/Simulink. The typical detection and protection circuit of AC-type leakage circuit breaker was analyzed and it was revealed that the distortion of the output signal of transformer was the main reason for the change of tripping performances. The action characteristics of the AC-type leakage circuit breaker were tested and the results showed that the AC-type leakage circuit breaker failed to trip off under the pulsating DC residual current
