掘进机司机综合安全防护设施研制与实践

摘要:我国煤矿综合掘进机使用普遍,但掘进机司机多数直接暴露于工作环境中,个人职业安全健康防护简陋。根据煤矿井下掘进工作面生产实际,结合综合掘进机具体特征,研制掘进机司机室、局部降温装置、视觉安全辅助装置、掘进机电缆拖移装置和改进转载机小跑车等一套掘进机司机综合安全防护设施。掘进机司机室确保掘进工作面唯一,工作者 掘进机司机处于相对封闭的司机室内,可有效避免小型顶板冒落、煤与瓦斯突出等事故,兼具防尘、防毒性气 体、防噪声、防潮湿及自救等功能;以压风及供水为动力的局部降温装置,具有安全环保、经济 可靠、节能舒适等特点,夏秋季高温时司机室室内的温度降幅可达7 ~9 ℃,司机的体感温度可恒定在25 ~28 ℃;视觉安全辅助装置给掘进机司机提供良好的视野,保证所施工巷道的工程质量;掘进机随机电缆拖移装置及改进的转载机小跑车减少了工作面掘进期间作业人员数量,实现了掘进工作面综合掘进期间50 m范围内单人作业。掘进机司机综合安全防护设施在多个煤矿得到了推广应用,司机的职业安全健康由被动防护转变为主动预防,极大地改善了工人的工作环境,降低了事故发生的概率,提高了工作效率,提升了工人的劳动幸福感。

Abstract:The roadheader is widely used in coal mines in China but most of the drivers of roadheader are directly exposed to the working environment and the personal occupational safety and health protection is simple. According to the production practice of driving face in coal mine combined with the specific characteristics of the comprehensive driving machine a set of comprehensive safety protection facilities of roadheader were de veloped which included drivers5 room of roadheader local cooling device visual safety auxiliary device cable haulage of roadheader and smart roadster of transfer machine. The drivers5 room of the roadheader ensures that the only roadheader driver in the driving face was in a relatively closed unit which could effectively avoid accidents such as small roof fall coal and gas outburst and had the functions of dust prevention gas intrusion prevention noise prevention moisture-proof and self-help. The local cooling device powered supply by compressed air and water has the characteristics of safety environmental protection economic reliability energy saving and comfortability. In the high temperature season in summerthe temperature drop in the drivers5 room could reach 7 ~9 °C and the body temperature of the driver could be constant at 25 ~28 ℃ . The utilization of visual safety auxiliary device provided a good vision for the driver of roadheader and ensured the engineering quality of the roadways under construction. The using of irregular cable hauling device of roadheader and small sports car of transfer machine could reduce the number of working personnel in the driving face during coal cuttingand realized single operation within 50 m during the comprehensive excavation of the driving face. The comprehensive safety protection device for drivers of roadheader has been widely used in many coal mines. The occupational safety and health of drivers has been changed from passive protection to active preventionwhich greatly improved the working environment of workersreduced the possibility of accidentsimproved the working efficiency and increased the working happiness of workers.
