啤酒生产中部分工序产生的废水对污泥活性的影响研究

摘要:针对啤酒生产废水中污染物影响厌氧颗粒污泥活性的问题,以国内某啤酒企业的生产废水为研究对象,采用单一变量法和控制变量法,以厌氧颗粒污泥的产气性能表征其活性,对啤酒生产过程中的酿造废水、酿造和包装混合水、包装车间化学品以及废酵母等对厌氧颗粒污泥活性的影响进行研究。结果表明:酿造废水对厌氧颗粒污泥活性影响不大,而包装车间废水因含有洗瓶剂和润滑剂等而对厌氧颗粒污泥活性有强烈的抑制作用;当洗瓶剂K质量浓度为20 mg/L时,厌氧颗粒污泥的产气量下降50%以上,质量浓度增加到100 mg/L时,厌氧颗粒污泥产气量下降约70%,质量浓度超过120 mg/L后,厌氧颗粒污泥产气量几乎为0 ;酵母对厌氧颗粒污泥活性也有明显的抑制作用。因此,在啤酒生产过程中尽量减少洗瓶剂、润滑剂和酵母的使用,以降低对厌氧颗粒污泥活性的抑制,保持厌氧反应高效进行。研究结果为啤酒生产废水的厌氧处理提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the pollutants in the brewery wastewater affect the activity of anaerobic granular sludge taking the brewery wastewater of a domestic brewery company as the research object single variable method and the control variable method were adopted the activity of anaerobic granular sludge was characterized by its gas production performance the effects of brewery wastewater brewing and packaging mixed water packaging workshop chemicals and waste yeast on the activity of anaerobic granular sludge were studied. The results showed that the brewing wastewater had little effect on the anaerobic granular sludge activity while the packaging workshop wastewater had a strong inhibitory effect on the anaerobic granular sludge activity because it contained bottle washing agents and lubricants. When the mass concentration of bottle washing agent K was 20 mg/L the gas production of anaerobic granular sludge decreased by more than 50% . When itincreased to 100 mg/Lthe gas production of anaerobic granular sludge decreased about 70% . When it was over 120 mg/Lthe gas production of anaerobic granular sludge was almost zero. Yeast also significantly inhibited the activity of anaerobic granular sludge. In beer production the use of bottle washing agent lubricant and yeast should be minimized to reduce the inhibition of anaerobic granular sludge activity and maintain the high efficiency of anaerobic reaction. The study provides a reliable theoretical basis for the anaerobic treatment of brewery wastewater.
