基于COMSOL的超声导波检测锚杆锚固密实度研究

摘要:为研究锚杆锚固密实度与超声导波反射波之间的关系,利用COMSOL数值模拟软件对 超声导波在不同频率、不同锚固密实度下的锚固锚杆中传播进行数值仿真,结果表明:(1) 同频率下,锚杆末端反射波接收的时间均随着锚固密实度的降低逐渐减少,锚杆末端反射波被 接收的时间与锚固密实度之间相关性良好;(2)随着锚固密实度降低,反射波波形趋于复杂, 10%锚固密实度条件下,导波在不同锚固界面之间的反射叠加会影响波峰时间点的读取, 影响导波在锚固段传播时间的计算;(3)对不同频率条件下的数据进行线性拟合发现,50 kHz 频率下的拟合直线误差更小,更利于锚杆锚固长度检测。研究结果提供了一种锚杆锚固质量 的定量分级评价方法。

Abstract:For the study of the relation between the bolt grouted density and the reflection of ultrasonic guided waves, COMSOL numerical simulation software was used to simulate the propagation of ultrasonic guided waves in anchored bolts under different frequencies and different anchorage densities. The results show that (1 ) Un¬der different frequencies, the receiving time of the reflected wave at the end of the bolt decreased gradually with the reduce of grouted density, the receiving time of the reflected wave at the end of the bolt had a good correla¬tion with grouted density (2 ) With the decrease of grouted density, the reflected waveform tended to be complex. Under the condition of 10% grouted density, the reflection superposition of guided waves between differ¬ent anchoring interfaces would affect the reading of peak time and the calculation of propagation time of guided waves in anchorage section ( 3 ) Linear fitting at different frequencies showed that the linear fitting error at 50 kHz frequency was less,which is more beneficial to detecting bolt anchoring length.
