考虑储层流变性的水力压裂起裂时间计算模型

摘要:针对水力压裂过程中流体与岩体相互作用的时间效应以及起裂阶段两者耦合机制的问题,首先根据含气软煤的蠕变试验结果,通过对储层物性的分析,利用经典流变组合广义Kelvin 模型以及MATLAB最小二乘迭代法的拟合方法,建立改进的六元件非线性黏弹塑性本构模型;其次,在六元件非线性黏弹塑性蠕变模型基础上,结合垂直井裂缝性储层的起裂压力模型,建立低渗软煤的起裂时间计算模型;最后,结合焦作富水矿区试验井压裂资料与煤样测试资料,对模型进行求解与验证。研究结果揭示了煤储层起裂时间与起裂压力的科学匹配关系,以及储层裂缝特性对起裂时间的控制作用,可为维护软煤压裂缝以及保护矿区地下水环境提供理论参考。

Calculation model of hydraulic fracturing initiation time considering reservoir rheology

Abstract:In allusion to the issues of time effect of the interaction between gas and rock mass in the hydraulic fracturing process and both coupling mechanism of fracturing stage between them,firstly,based on the results of creep test of gas containing soft coal,an improved six-component nonlinear viscoelastic plastic rheological model was established by using the generalized Kelvin model and fitting of  MATLAB least squares iteration. Secondlyaccording to the fracturing initiation pressure model of fractured reservoir in vertical well,combined with the six-component nonlinear viscoelastic-plastic creep model,the calculation model of fracturing initiation time of low-permeability soft coal was established. Finally,combined with the test well in Jiaozuo large water inflow mining area fracturing data and coal sample test results,the model was solved and verified. This research result has illustrated the scientific matching relation between the fracturing time and fracturing pressure,which provided a solid theoretical basis for the accurate control of initiation time and protection of the groundwater environment in the mining area.
