摘要：为更好把握国家自然科学基金委员会未来对矿山开采沉陷类项目优先资助领域,更加有力地服务于矿山安全绿色高效开采,从国家自然科学基金委员会对矿山开采沉陷类项目总体资助情况、项目类别、依托单位分布情况、项目资助主要领域等方面,分析了1997—2016年间矿山开采沉陷类基金项目资助现状,提出在今后5~15 a内,应紧紧围绕矿山绿色开采的战略目标,重点资助开采沉陷类主要研究方向和优先发展领域,阐明了相关保障措施与建议,以期为开采沉陷科研工作者提供参考。‍

Abstract:In order to better grasp the priority areas of NSFC funding for subsidence projects in the future and to provide more effective service to the green and efficient mining of mines, from the NSFC's overall funding support for subsidence projects in mines, the types of projects, Relying on the distribution of units, the main areas of project funding and other aspects of the 1997-2016 mine subsidence fund projects funded the status quo, put forward today 5 ~ 15 a, should focus on the strategic objectives of mining green mining, focusing on the financing of mining The main research direction and priority areas of subsidence, clarify the relevant safeguards and suggestions, with a view to providing reference for scientific research workers in subsidence.
