无刷直流电机的变论域模糊PID控制策略研究

摘要:针对无刷直流电机(BLDCM)调速系统存在的问题,将变论域和自适应模糊PID控制器相结合并应用于无刷直流电机控制系统中。分析无刷直流电机的数学模型,构建双闭环调速系统的无刷直流电机控制系统模型,并对无刷直流电机的调速系统进行模糊PID控制。结合均匀量化和非均匀量化变论域两种方法的优点,设计了一种基于模式识别的变论域模糊PID控制器,并在Matlab/Simulink实现系统的设计和仿真。仿真结果证明,与常规PID控制和模糊PID控制相比较,这种新控制器可以有效改善电机的超调性能和控制精度。

Abstract:For existential problem of BLDCM speed regulation system, variable universe and fuzzy adaptive PID control were combined to apply in BLDCM control system. The double closed loop speed control model was built based on analysis of the mathematic model of BLDCM. The speed system was designed based on fuzzy PID control. Non-uniform and uniform quantitative variable universe were combined to design a pattern recognition of variable universe fuzzy PID controller. The control system was simulated by Matlab/Simulink software. Simulation results show that new controller system can modify overshoot and control accuracy compared to routine PID and fuzzy PID.
