摘要:基于平面简谐纵波传播理论,分析超声波在圆柱斜槽传振杆中斜槽处发生波型转换的原因,揭示开斜槽圆柱传振杆发生纵扭的机理,建立超声波在不同材料的斜槽圆柱传振杆中纵振振幅、扭振振幅与入射角的关系。通过对开有3个斜槽传振杆的振动测试表明,斜槽传振杆能够产生纵扭振动,且振动与超声波入射角存在一定关系,这为纵扭斜槽变幅杆和传振杆的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Based on the propagation theory of the plane simple longitudinal wave,the switching reason of the ultrasonic wave type in cylindrical chute horn is analyzed,the mechanism of the longitudinal-torsion vibration is revealed and the relationship between the longitudinal vibration amplitude,the torsion vibration amplitude and the incident angle is established in the different material cylindrical chute horn.Through the vibration test on the opening of three chute vibration rod,it is show that chute vibration rod can produce longitudinal torsion vibration,and the relationship between the longitudinal vibration amplitude,the torsion vibration amplitude and the incident angle,which can provide an important reference for the design of the torsion vibration chute horn.
