摘要:针对平煤十三矿瓦斯压力高、含量高,前期水力冲孔效果不理想,钻孔后期抽采效率低等情况,将液态CO2相变致裂技术应用于煤层二次增透。采用理论分析与现场试验相结合,阐述相变致裂机理,分析液态CO2相变致裂技术优势,考察相变致裂效果。现场试验表明,相变致裂后,煤层裂隙大幅增加,抽采54 d,煤层瓦斯单孔平均抽采纯量为致裂前的1.081.73倍。

Abstract:For high gas pressure,high gas content,and preliminary hydraulic punching effect is not ideal and borehole drainage efficiency is low in Pingdingshan thirteen mine,the fracturing technology by phase transformation of liquid CO2is used to secondary antireflection of coal seam.Both theoretical analysis and field test were used.It is describes the fracturing technology process and fracturing mechanism by phase transformation of liquid CO2,the advantages of fracturing technology by phase transformation are analyzed,and the fracturing technology by phase transformation is investigated.The field test shows that,after the fracturing,the borehole fissure is greatly increased,after 54 days pumping,the borehole average extraction pure quantity is increased to1.08 ~ 1.73 times before the fracturing.
