一种矩阵变换器电压型两步换流研究

摘要:为减少换流时间,提高换流可靠性,在分析输出电流和输入电压幅值检测换流特点的基础上,提出一种新的电压型两步换流方法。将输入电压进行扇区划分,有效组合双向开关导通状态,解决负载电流方向对换流的影响,减少开关切换次数,节省了换流时间;引入临界区间,结合零矢量调制,避免两相电压幅值接近时出现相间短路,输入输出波形质量也得到提高。在DSP+FPGA为控制器的实验平台上进行测试,数据结果证明换流策略的可行性。

Abstract:In order to reduce the commutation time,improve the converter reliability,an improved two-step safe commutation strategy is presented on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the existing traditional converter through the direction of the output current and input line voltage amplitude detection.For cutting down,the number of switch reduces convert time and solves the influence of load current direction with effective combination of two-way switch tube conduction state by dividing sector in the input voltage; introducing the intermediate sector and combined with zero vector modulation avoid the short circuit when voltage amplitude are close,amd it can improve waveform quality.Executed experiment in the prototype controlled by the DSP + FPGA,experimental data verified the feasibility of the new commutation strategy.
