摘要:针对浆纱机浆槽易发生高温浆液灼伤事故问题,从浆槽工作特点入手,结合上浆工艺,建立了浆纱机浆槽高温浆液灼伤事故树,找出引起事故发生的各种因素及其逻辑关系,为浆液灼伤事故的预防提供可靠依据。根据事故树分析结果而改进设计的浆槽结构,有效控制了高温浆液灼伤事故,大大提高浆槽的安全性能。

Abstract:In order to identify the accident related causes from high-temperature slurry burns which are likely to occur in slurry tank,by analyzing the operating features,combining the sizing technology,the fault tree of hightemperature slurry burns is built. It is able to find the various reasons and the logical relations behind the accidents and provide a liable basis for preventing future accidents of slurry burns. The new slurry tank structure which is designed by the results from the fault tree can improve greatly effectively prevent people from slurry burn accidents. Moreover,it will improve the safety performance of slurry tanks.
