微波照射和冲击荷载作用后岩石裂纹试验研究

摘要:为了研究岩石裂纹的特性,用扫描电镜(SEM)对花岗岩、大理岩和砂岩在相同微波功率10 k W照射下和落锤冲击后观测岩石断口的形貌、微观裂纹类型及所用断裂模型,分析相同功率作用下,岩石在落锤试验后的破坏机理。结果表明:从宏观断面图中可以看出裂纹的发展和颜色变化;SEM微观观察得到花岗岩断口形貌为平坦面状和条纹状,大理岩呈现为阶梯状,而砂岩为破碎状和蜂窝状;花岗岩和砂岩的微观裂纹是由张拉应力和压应力作用而产生的,而大理岩是缩聚裂纹;花岗岩的断裂类型为沿晶断裂、穿晶断裂以及两者叠加,大理岩的主要是沿晶断裂,砂岩的主要是穿晶断裂。

Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of rock crack,carrying on a scanning electron microscope( SEM) test on granite,marble and sandstone in the same microwave power 10 k W after irradiation and dropweigh test,the rock cracks fracture shape and morphology,the types of micro-cracks and micro-fracture model were studied,and the rock failure mechanism was analyzed at the same power and after drop-weigh test. The results showed that: from a macro sectional view it can be seen the development of cracks and color variation;through SEM microscopic observation of the fracture morphology,granite was flat and striped,marble was stepped,and sandstone was crushed shape and honeycomb; granite and sandstone microscopic cracks generated by tensile stress and compressive stress,while marble was condensation crack; granite fracture type was intergranular fracture,trans-granular fracture and the superimposed of the two,and marble was mainly along the grain fracture,and sandstone was mainly trans-granular fracture.
