摘要:通过对超细水泥浆液的凝结时间、流动性、可注性、早期强度和注浆胶结破碎煤体的强度、纯浆液结实体与胶结煤体之间的黏结抗剪强度进行一系列的模拟试验,制备出既具有早强、高强特性,又具有可操作、凝结时间可调的超细水泥注浆材料。试验结果应用到安阳市主焦煤矿深部极软厚煤层回采巷道加固工程中,有效地控制了巷道变形,提高了煤巷支护稳定性,大幅度减少巷道返修率,技术经济效益显著,为深部极软厚煤层回采巷道支护技术积累了成功经验。

Abstract:A series of simulation experiments is based on in laboratory to research on the setting time,fluidity,groutability and early strength of ultra-fine cement,as well as the strength of fractured cementing coal and shear bond strength between pure grout concretion and cementing coal. Ultra-fine cement materials with high early strength performance and setting time adjustable were obtained. The experimental products were applied to reinforcement of stopping tunnel for deep thick coal seam in Anyang Zhujiao colliery. It was effective on the control of tunnel deformation,improvement of tunnel support system stability and reduction of tunnel repair rate. This research is significant technological economic benefit,and provides further researchers with valuable experience on supporting technics for stopping tunnel of deep soft coal seam.
