直廓环面蜗杆副理论接触线与实际接触线的关系研究

摘要:为研究直廓环面蜗杆副理论接触线与实际接触线的关系,通过考察蜗轮滚刀轨迹面与理论接触线的关系,以及求解刀具轨迹面和蜗轮齿面包络面在中央棱线任意点处的单位法线向量,证明了刀具轨迹面和蜗轮齿面包络面在中央棱线处相切。阐明了直廓环面蜗杆副理论接触线与实际接触线的关系,证明了中央棱线右侧存在理论接触线,解释了原始型直廓环面蜗杆传动副在共轭传动中仅有一半齿面参与接触且第二条接触线集中在蜗轮齿面的左半部分的原因。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the theoretical contact lines and the actual contact lines of Hindley worm drive,it is proved the tool path and the worm wheel tooth surface of the envelope in the central ridge is tangent,through investigating the relationship between the worm gear hob surface and the theoretical contact line,and solving tool path and worm tooth surface of the envelope at any point in the central ridge at the unit normal vector. Thus,the relationship of theoretical contact lines and the actual contact lines of Hindley worm pair was discussed and the existence of theoretical contact lines was proved at the right of the midline of the worm gear. Furthermore,it explained why only half of the tooth surface involved in conjugate drive of Hindley worm pair and the second contact lines focused on the left part of tooth surface of the worm gear.
