摘要:基于流体动力学相似原理开发系列制冷机组,完成小型机组的测试,并采用同样方法对同系列大型制冷机组性能进行测算,以避免大型制冷机组因投资成本过大而很难完成实验室性能测试问题。采用计算模型与实验性能测试相结合的方法研究了相似原理在低温制冷机组开发中应用的可行性。对比两种方法,得到有效制冷量误差为0.8%,计算模型COP与实验测试结果误差小于10%。所开发样机各项性能指标均满足国标(GB 21363—2008)要求,为同类制冷产品的开发和研制提供参考。

Abstract:A series of refrigeration units based on the similar principles of fluid dynamics were developed to test the functions of small units,and large refrigeration units with the same model were measured by similar method in order to overcome the difficulties of laboratory performance of large refrigeration units due to its higher investment. The feasibility study of similar principles in low temperature compression refrigeration was investigated according to the results of computational model and experimental performance,the results showed that the error of the effective cooling capacity was 0. 8%,and the error between computational model COP and experimental performance was minor to 10%. The properties of prototype refrigeration units conform to the state standards strictly,and provides a reference for the development and research of similar refrigeration product.
