摘要:在研究连续等距曲线几何特点的基础上,提出平均半径和偏心量增量的概念,推导出连续等距型面联接的初始接触点的角度参数计算公式。应用Hertz接触理论,建立连续等距型面联接的接触压力计算公式。分析和算例表明,随着平均半径增量的减小,初始接触点的角度参数增大。连续等距型面联接的接触压力,取决于凸棱个数、平均半径和偏心量及其增量。只要使孔的平均半径和偏心量均为最大极限尺寸、轴的平均直径和偏心量均为最小极限尺寸时的接触压力满足强度要求,即可使所有合格零件装配在一起形成的连续等距型面联接均能够满足强度要求。

Abstract:The concepts of average radius increment and eccentricity increment are put forward and calculation formulas of angle parameter of initial contact point of continuous isometric polygonal profile connection are derived on the basis of researching geometry characteristics of isometric polygonal curve. Computational formulas of contact pressure of continuous isometric polygonal profile connection are established with Hertz touch theory. It may be seen that angle parameter is increased when average radius is decreased through analysis and example. Connection formed by qualified parts are fit together and can satisfy strength demand as long as contact pressure when average radius and eccentricity of hole are all maximum and average radius and eccentricity of shaft are all minimum.
