摘要:为探索中州赤泥回收利用新途径,用热分析(TG-DSC)、SEM分析、XRD分析以及比磁化率值测定等方法,对中州赤泥基于铁回收方面的物化特性进行分析研究。采用正交试验的方法,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、还原剂和添加剂用量对赤泥还原焙烧效果的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度980℃,焙烧时间100 min,赤泥∶还原剂∶添加剂=100∶10∶4的条件下还原焙烧赤泥,经过磁选,其中的铁矿物得到了富集,精矿品位为56.91%,回收率82.25%。

Abstract:To explore a new way of Zhongzhou red mud recycling,by the method of thermal analysis( TGDSC),SEM analysis,XRD analysis and the ratio of magnetic susceptibility value determination,physical and chemical characteristics on the iron recovery processing of Zhongzhou red mud were analyzed. Then adopting the method of orthogonal experiment,the roasting temperature,roasting time,reducing agent and additive dosage on the reduction roasting effect of red mud were examined. The result shows that when the red mud is roasted on the condition that the roasting temperature being 980 ℃,the roasting time lasting 100 min,and the dosages of red mud,reducing agent and additives being 100∶10∶4,after magnetic separation,the iron content of red mud get concentrated,with the grade being 56. 91%,the recovery rate being 82. 25%.
