应力差法判断风井井筒稳定性研究

摘要:为了研究采动影响下井筒的稳定性与安全性,提出应力差判断方法。在覆岩内取一平行六面体,该六面体在采动影响下一定存在6个应变分量,运用推导出的数学表达式求取6个应变分量,在此基础上求取3个主应变,代入D-P准则中求取应力差。若应力差大于0,表明该点不破坏;若等于0表明该点处于临界状态;若小于0表明该点受动影响破坏。通过香山矿测量及计算结果表明,该方法预计值与测值误差较小,具有一定的可靠性。

Abstract:In order to determine the stability and the safety of the ventilating shaft affected by mining,the stress difference method is proposed. Taking a parallelepiped in overburden,the hexahedron must exist six strain components in mining. the six strain components can be calculated by the derived mathematical expressions. On this basis,three principal strain are deduced and the stress difference is obtained by using the D-P criterion. If the stress difference is greater than zero,it indicates that this point is not destoryed; if the stress difference equal to zero,it indicates that this point is in a critical state; if the stress difference is smaller than zero,it indicates that this point is destoryed. The Xiangshan coal mine measurement and calculation results show that the expected error is small,the method has a certain reliability.
