摘要:针对金川矿山棒磨砂充填集料存在的成本高和供不应求的矛盾,开展了棒磨砂、戈壁砂和尾砂3种充填集料不同配比的混合集料胶结充填体强度试验研究。通过9组混合充填集料的胶结充填体强度试验和数据分析,揭示了影响胶结充填体强度的因素与规律。研究结果表明:合理添加尾砂的棒磨砂和戈壁砂混合充填料,不仅可以提高充填体强度,而且还能够减小充填料浆的分层和离析,有利于提高充填体整体质量。通过建立神经网络模型,进行不同配比的混合集料胶结充填体强度预测和回归分析,获得了满足金川矿山充填法采矿安全高效生产的充填材料配比:灰砂比为1∶4、料浆浓度大于80.8%、混合集料平均粒径不大于1.692 mm和非均匀系数不小于38.4,由此对应的3 d充填体试块密度不小于2.24 g/cm3。该研究成果为混合集料在金川镍矿充填采矿奠定了基础。

Abstract:Considering the problems of adopting rod mill sand filling material because high mining cost and demand have exceeded supply at present, the experimental research is carried out for the cementation strength of filling body with mixed filling aggregate including sand maker-rod mill, Gobi sand and tailings for different proportions. By the analysis of test data for the strength of cemented filling body, the influence factors on the strength of filling body are obtained. The results show that the reasonable ratio of tailings adding into the mixed filling materials rod mill sand and Gobi sand can increase the strength of filling body and decrease the layering and isolating of the slurry witch, improving the quality and integrality of filling body. Based on a neural network model and regression analysis for the mixed filling aggregate with different ratios, the results for the design strengths of Jinchuan mine are obtained. It is indicated that the cement-sand ratio is 1∶ 4, slurry concentration is greater than 80. 8%, aggregate average particle size is not more than 1. 692 mm, and non-uniform coefficient is not less than 38. 4. The corresponding filling block density of 3 d is not less than 2. 24 g / cm3.The results provide a theory basis for the application of mixed filling aggregate in Jinchuan mine.
