黏贴C/GFRP加固钢筋混凝土梁对比试验研究

摘要:对受拉侧平贴不同层数(1层、2层、3层)CFRP或GFRP的钢筋混凝土简支梁进行单点加载试验,对比了两种纤维布加固梁的开裂荷载、极限承载力、裂缝分布、破坏形态、跨中挠度和变形曲线,研究了这两种纤维材料对钢筋混凝土梁的加固效果.结果表明:黏贴CFRP加固与黏贴GFRP加固相比,前者开裂荷载和极限承载力均大于后者,因此,前者加固的构件具有更大的安全储备;两者加固梁的裂缝分布形态、最终破坏状况基本相同;黏贴层数相同时,后者强度比前者更易得到有效发挥,前者加固的梁刚度表现要优于后者,后者则延性表现更佳.

Abstract:The effects of two kinds of fiber materials strengthening reinforced concrete beams were analyzed based on comparing the cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity, crack distribution and failure mode, midspan deflection and deformation curve, through single point loading test on simple supported RC beams, and the beams reinforced by bonding different layers CFRP or GFRP ( 1 layer, 2 layers, 3 layers) on the tensile side. The results show that the strengthening of bonding CFRP is obviously superior to bonding GFRP in the improvements of the cracking load, ultimate bearing capacity. Thusly, the component strengthening of bonding CFRP has a higher safety margin, and the crack distribution pattern and failure mode of the beams are basically same. When bonding the same thickness, the high strength of CFRP is hardly utilized, the stiffness of the former is superior to the latter, and the ductility of the later is better.
