摘要:为了系统地研究挤扩支盘桩的承载性能,基于河南省焦作热电厂的扩建项目开展了对挤扩支盘灌注桩的现场静载荷试验.试验为测桩身轴力的变化,预先在桩身内部埋设振弦式钢筋计.试验结果表明,支盘桩的支盘可有效地提高桩侧摩阻力,分担桩端阻力;极限状态时桩侧摩阻力约达到桩顶总荷载的30.99%,上盘约分担总荷载的14.13%,桩端阻力分担54.88%.支盘的位置对支盘桩承载力的提高非常重要,且承力盘作用的发挥具有明显的时间和顺序效应;支盘桩的Q-s曲线为缓变形;桩侧摩阻力充分发挥时桩顶的沉降约为8 mm.此次的研究结果对今后挤扩支盘灌注桩的设计与研究有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:In order to systematically study the bearing capacity of a squeezed branch pile, a static load test of a squeezed branch pile was carried out on the site based on an expansion project of an east thermal power plant in Jiaozuo City. The vibrating string extensometer was embed before the test for studying the pile axial force variation. The experiment results show that the disk of a branch pile effectively can raise the pile shaft axis force, and greatly reduce the pile end shaft force; pile side friction reached about 30. 99% of the total load at the pile top in its limit state, the up-disk shared about 14. 13% and the tip resistance shared about 54. 88% at the same time; the position of a branch pile is very important for improving its bearing capacity, and the function of bearing disk has time and sequence effects; the“Q-s”curve of a branch pile is slow transformation; the settlement at the pile top is about 8 mm when the side resistance of a pile is fully utilized. The research results can provide reference value for the design and research on a squeezed branch pile.
