基于EMD和能量算子解调的采煤机截割部振动故障诊断研究

摘要:针对采煤机截割部振动剧烈,振动故障特征不易提取的问题,应用基于经验模态分解(EMD)和能量算子解调的故障诊断方法,首先对采煤机截割部振动信号进行EMD分解,进而得到一定数量的本征模态函数(IMFs)分量;其次对IMFs进行能量算子解调,提取出故障特征频率.通过对采煤机井下现场试验研究,结果表明,该方法能够有效地对采煤机截割部进行故障诊断,对及时发现采煤机故障,避免事故的发生具有重要的作用.

Abstract:A shearer cutting-unit vibrates violently, and it is very difficult to obtain its vibration fault characteristics. In this case, a fault diagnosis method of EMD and energy operator demodulation was proposed. Firstly, the vibration signal characteristics of a shearer cutting-unit will be decomposed into several intrinsic mode functions ( IMFs) by EMD; secondly, in order to obtain a fault characteristic-frequency, some of the intrinsic mode functions were demodulated by an energy operator. Through the experiments in mine, the results showed that the faults of a shearer cutting-unit can be effectively diagnosed by the method, and it is significant to prevent accidents.
