基于灰关联的三维表征参数与耐磨性相关性分析

摘要:从微观几何特征方面分析了三维表面表征参数中影响耐磨性的5种主要指标参数,并以此作为反映零件表面耐磨性性能的主要评价指标;根据灰色关联理论分析方法,构建了评价零件表面耐磨性指标的灰关联分析模型.通过对5种不同三维表面表征参数对耐磨性影响程度的定量分析,得出三维表征参数与耐磨性的内在相关性,并计算出三维表面表征参数对耐磨性的影响权重,从而得出影响耐磨性的主要敏感参数,为建立三维表面功能表征参数体系提供了理论依据.

Abstract:As evaluation index of wear resistance, five index parameters which affect in three-dimensional surface-characterization parameters have been analyzed from the aspect of microcosmic geometrical characteristic.Base on the theory of grey relation method, an analysis model for the evaluation index of parts-surface wear resistance is developed. According to the quantitative analysis of the influence of the five different three-dimensional surface-characterization and parameters on the wear resistance, the internal correlation of the three-dimensional characterization parameters and the wear resistance are concluded, and the effects of the weight of the three-dimensional surface-characterization and parameters are calculated on the wear resistance, and the main sensitive parameters affecting the abrasion resistance are concluded. The conclusion provides a theoretical foundation for building a three-dimensional surface-characterization-parameters system.
