摘要:为了进一步了解黄腐酸(FA)的结构和性质,为拓宽黄腐酸在工农业领域中的应用范围打下基础,用傅里叶红外光谱、紫外-可见光光谱和固体13C交叉极化/魔角旋转核磁共振(13CCP/MAS NMR)对FA的结构进行表征.结果表明,FA的分子结构由芳香核和核外侧链构成,其中芳香碳约占54%,芳香核主要由4个芳香环构成.脂肪碳约占46%,脂肪碳的存在形式主要是含氧的五元或六元脂肪环.FA中含氧基团的含量为32.3%,主要由醌基和羟基构成,还有部分羧基.

Abstract:In order to further understand the structures and properties of fulvic acid ( FA) , and to laid the foundation for the broadening the applications of fulvic acid in industrial and agricultural fields, its structure was characterized by means of Fourier infrared spectroscopy ( IR) , UV-Visible spectroscopy and13C-CP /MAS nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR) . In addition, fluorescent properties for FA have been also investigated.The result shows that FA molecular structure is consist of aromatic nucleus and side-chain. Aromatic nucleus is mainly composed of four aromatic ring structures, and aromatic carbon is about 54%. The aliphatic carbon is about 44%, which is six-membered or five-membered of oxygen heterocycle. The content of the oxygen groups is 32. 3 % in FA, which is mainly composed of quinone and hydroxy, and a part of carboxyl group.
