摘要:资质过高现象在西方国家以及一些发展中国家已经被大量地研究过,并有丰硕的实证研究结果。但国内的研究成果却不多见。目前领导资质过高已成为一个社会问题,而且它的影响多数是负性的,因此我们应该多加关注。通过对领导资质过高的后效行为分析发现,只有加强对高资质领导的绩效考核,并使其实现能岗匹配,满足心理需求、科学规划职业,努力营造高资质领导者干事创业的良好环境,才能不断提高高资质领导者绩效水平。

Abstract:Many studies on the phenomenon of over qualified leaders have been done in western countries and some developing countries, but few in China.This phenomenon has become a social problem because it has many neyative effects, thus it requires more concern.Through analyzing its after-effects, the author finds that only by reforming the leaders' performance assessment, meeting their psychological demands, planning career scientifically and building a better working environment, can we promote leaders' performance to a new level.
