Abstract：The issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”and social security in Henan Province are particularly prominent because Henan province is a major agricultural and the most populous province in China. Besides, Henan province is one of important sci-tech and cultural provinces in China, so the problems related with sci-tech and culture in Henan are more serious. The key components of the development of capital market in henan province are as follows, the capital market's long-term effective interaction with modern agriculture, integration with sci-tech innovation, docking with cultural originality, and cooperation with social security. These four key components are all the necessary conditions of solving problems of“agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, sci-tech, culture and social security, meanwhile, the four key components can promote their developments respectively.
