Abstract：Migrant workers' transition is an important part of social transformation.The realization of migrant workers' rights is the central part of migrant workers' transition.The top-down driven innovation, support of all aspects of society and migrant workers' unremitting efforts are all required to ensure the realization of migrant workers' rights.A modern society can not tolerate that farmers and migrant workers are established as a low social class, and migrant workers should be given rights and opportunities to change their lives through efforts.This is not only the responsibility of contemporary society, but also the requirement of social development.
