Abstract：Yan'an democratic model is a good example for CPC's practice of democracy.The political model is "Tripartite regime"and the direct election system;the economic model mainly embodies in fiscal democracy;the cultural model mainly refers to the cultural programme of the new democracy.The supreme principle of Yan'an democratic model is the new three principles of the people, aiming to build a new democratic anti-Japan democratic system including the democracy within the party and people's democracy.Yan'an democratic model still plays an important part in CPC's contemporary construction of democracy.
