Abstract：After the Marriage Law of PRC was issued in 1950, under the leadership of the CCP central committee, the work at carrying out the law was set forth all over the country and more a political movement than regular lawful work until its ending in 1953.The progress of this work at carrying out the Marriage Law during the period of 1950-1953 was a key step for CPC to exploring how to take hold power of the country, also made the CPC central committee get a further understanding of the significance of propaganda and cadre education.
