Abstract：The paper elaborates the present situation of the digital resource Co-construction and sharing for the university libraries, and analyzes the United States and other countries as well as China's national and regional university library digital sharing status.Then, it discusses the problems of the domestic and foreign university digital library resources sharing in their work organizations, scales, technology and some others Based on the analysis, at last, the author proposes the relevant countermeasures for China.
