Abstract：Firstly the paper explains the characteristics and the basic forms of the television camera composition.Then, it discusses the basic principles of the television camera static composition from three aspects:making theme prominent, flexible use of lines, skillful use of modeling;and the artistic problems from four aspects:the composition of internal movement, composition of external movement, composition of comprehensive movement and open composition;Finally, the paper proposes four points:prominent, clear subject, themes picture precise and perfect color matching, which are the keys in television camera composition.
