摘要:为研究应力、温度、水分对采空区煤自燃的综合影响,结合多场耦合理论与现有测试技术,开发一套煤低温氧化试验系统。该试验系统可模拟应力、温度、水分及渗流环境,可测试采空区破碎煤体在不同应力、温度、水分条件下的渗透参数,改变了目前煤低温氧化测试不能加载应力的现状,改进了煤自燃的试验研究方法,为后续研究承压破碎煤体多场耦合氧化机制及氧化动力行为差异性提供了途径。应用该系统测试了承压破碎煤体的低温氧化特征,识别了应力、温度、水分对煤体堆积状态和低温氧化过程的影响。

Development and application of the low-temperature oxidation experimental system for compacted broken coal

Abstract:In order to obtain the comprehensive effects of the stress, temperature and moisture on coal spontaneous combustion in the gob, a low-temperature oxidation experimental system was developed based on multi-field coupling theory and current testing technology.The changing of stress, temperature, moisture and seepage environment could be realized on the system, and the evolution law of permeability parameters of broken coal in gob under different stress, temperature and moisture conditions could be tested, so that the current situation unloading stress could be changed in the low-temperature coal oxidation.The experimental method for coal spontaneous combustion had been improved to a certain extent, which provided a way for the following study of the multi-field coupling oxidation mechanism and the difference of oxidation dynamic behavior of loaded broken coal.The low-temperature oxidation characteristics of broken coal under confining pressure were tested with the system, and the effects of stress, temperature and moisture on the accumulation state and low-temperature coal oxidation process were identified.
